91X is by far my favorite station ever, and I've recommended it to many of my friends online ... I've never been into the pop scene, always been intrigued by the bands that hardly anyone's heard of, and it seems that about 85% of the bands and artists that you play are just that ... unknown.
I grew up in monroe and now I go to college in mississippi. I miss 91x soooo much. All the radio stations here suck. Whenever I'm working on my computer or chilling in my room I listen to 91x on the web. I wish my college station here was as cool as 91x!
91.1 is the best station in the area. You guys totally rock. Thanks for playing such great music.
I recently moved to Dallas from West Monroe, and I just have to say that nothing compares to 91X. This station is the ****!! I always listen to y'all!
91X is FLIPPIN awsome -- i listen to it like all the time -- you guys play the best music ever!!!!
From a Monroe native currently living in Denver. Compared to local stations here and internet streams nationwide, the playlist from KXUL is unsurpassed. I've been a listener since about '89, and I have yet to hear a station even close. Thanks for all the hard work and dedication to good music, for so long.
Where is the webcam! I am an alumnus of ULM (BA, 92) WAY up here in North Pole, Alaska (yep, the town is called North Pole). Today it is sunny, 10 degrees and the snow is still thigh deep ... I REALLY want to catch a glimpse of "home"! I have been checking for months and so far the webcam has been down. I am redirected to the homepage, but again, nothing. PLEASE get it running!
I am a ULM alumni (1988) and I am now living in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. I love the fact that I can tune into 91X and feel a little closer to home! Thanks!
I live in Salt Lake City. I found your station on the web and I am always listening when I'm online now. I love what you play. And thank you for playing Nickel Creek. I love them, and I have never heard one of their songs on the radio. I like how you aren't trying to fit into anyone's mold.
You guys are doing a great job except you need to up your signal so we can hear you better in Ruston. If only KLPI at Tech could be half the station you are.
