There is a song I like by a female artist, and I can't seem to remember her name or the songs name. The lyric I remember the most is "i'm not your Jesus Christ." This may be quite obvious to most people, but I don't have time to run through every artist in your library and I just can't seem to catch it on the radio, so as you have helped me in the past could you help me again? Also, why do you not list some songs in your library that I know I heard on KXUL, when there are tons of songs that you do list that are just as old or older. Maybe you do not play them anymore? Anywho, KXUL 91X still kicks ass like they always have!!!
(From The Netherlands) The station has a good modern-rock sound. I love the music. Keep on rocking!!!
KXUL rocks!!! Okay, I have a quick question. How is the weekly top 40 compiled? Who votes?
I love your station! I go to Tech but I prefer your radio station over most in the area. I've been searching for this type of station of years. Keep it going.
Okay, I need help finding a song. I've heard it played on this station a couple of times. The lyrics are something like "Love's been good to me, (somethin somethin somethin somethin) Love's been good to me, oh-oh..." I know I've seen the music video, and there's like a guy (who kinda looks like Davey Havok of AFI) standing on a bridge and then there's a car explosion at the end. I've tried googling it, but all I get is Frank Sinatra.
My room mate and his band (Eyes Around) are from Monroe, some of which actually graduated from ULM. They always spoke highly of this station, so the first time I went to Monroe with them, I made sure to listen. It definitely did not disappoint. You guys play incredible music that the radio stations here (Huntsville, Alabama) would never even consider playing ... probably never even heard of. When I found out you had an online broadcast, I was ecstatic! I make sure to have you guys going on my computer at work whenever possible! You guys are awesome! Keep up the good work!
Yes, you do kick it! Well I just heard Pearl Jam's Wash and was surprised for the pick. Great Job station programer! I have actually been pleasantly surprised by quite a few musical choices including The Smashing Pumpkins and that wonderful Radiohead!!! Keep Lovin It!!
I have a question. What is the Aquatine Hunger Force? I hear it said sometimes between songs. I know you all have been doing this commercial for a few years, but what does it mean?
When are you guys going to add your top 40 songs list to itunes. Kxxx has their's up and running. It would help us (listeners) locate and legally download the artist and songs you are playing.
moved to montana from monroe, lived in monroe for 24 years, and i have to say some days 91.1 is all that keeps me sane
